With over 24 years experience in the research industry, Cathy has worked with a range of clients across all industry types. She was heavily involved in consumer product market in the past 20 years. She has moderated more 10,000 focus groups.
Cathy has extensive experience with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. She has conducted a wide range of qualitative research projects to develop product, brand, advertising, design and concepts and has managed quantitative projects to measure their feasibility and track success over time. Her primary expertise is in translating consumer insight and competitive intelligence into business results.
Cathy loves exploring the human mind to uncover the magic that makes brands and services relevant and exciting to consumers. She has a wealth of experience in the FGD and enabling techniques designed to elicit unconscious emotive motivations.
